How should I transport my cake?
To transport your cake safely after pick-up, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface in your vehicle. Keep the cake level throughout the journey, avoiding any tilting or shifting. For optimal cake preservation, we advise using your cars air conditioning. Taking these precautions will help ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition for your event.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is only available for wedding or large tiered cakes. These cakes often require special handling to maintain their integrity and appearance, and delivering them ensures they arrive on time, in perfect condition, and set up professionally at the venue. All other orders are to be collected from our location.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes we do! Our cake tastings are priced at $40 per couple, allowing you to choose a selection of 4 flavours from our menu.
Dietary/ allergy requirements
Kindly note that all of our products are processed using the same equipment, so traces of nuts, allergens, and dairy may be present.
Currently, we do not offer GF, DF, or vegan options. However, if you're looking for a skilled baker who specialises in these options, feel free to reach out, and we'd be happy to recommend someone!
How far in advance should I order?
For the best chance of securing your desired date, we recommend providing as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 2-4 weeks.
However, if you’re looking to place an order closer to your date, don’t hesitate to ask, there may still be availability, unless the date is fully booked or it’s too late to accommodate.
Cake care
Cake care instructions will be provided with your cake. Unless otherwise arranged. We recommend refrigerating your cake until just before your event starts.
