REFUND POLICY
For all custom cake orders booked via invoice, please be advised that any cancellations will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit. All requests for cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing. Should cancellation occur within five (5) days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, the full amount of the order will be forfeited.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your order, we kindly request that you notify us in writing. Please note that the new date is subject to availability, and while we will make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee availability.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products we create. However, please be aware that refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the design, colour, or decoration of the cake. If there are concerns regarding the flavour or quality of the cake, a refund request will be considered at our discretion. In such cases, the cake must be returned in its original condition for evaluation. We are unable to offer refunds for any items that have been consumed.
