To ensure your order is accurately fulfilled, please provide all necessary details when placing your order, including the type of cake, design preferences, serving size, and any dietary restrictions or allergies. It is your responsibility to verify the information provided.

3. Pricing

Prices for cakes and services are listed on our website or can be provided upon request. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Any applicable taxes or delivery fees will be added to the total amount due.

4. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup. We accept payments via bank transfer.

5. Custom Cake Orders

For custom cake orders, a consultation may be required to discuss your design, flavors, and other preferences. Custom designs may incur an additional charge based on complexity. Any changes to the original order must be made at least 12 days before the event.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery/pickup date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Orders cancelled more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any incurred costs.

7. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery services to certain areas within Adelaide, South Australia. Delivery fees will apply based on the distance and location. Pickup is available from our location. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the cake at the scheduled delivery time. We cannot be held liable for cakes that are left unattended.

8. Allergy and Dietary Restrictions

While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Our cakes may contain ingredients such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We take great pride in the quality of our cakes and use the finest ingredients available. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake so that we can address your concerns.
